发挥设备专业化优势探索项目建设设备综合管理标准化工作

设备综合管理工作始终贯穿在项目建设整个过程中.从项目立项审查、基础设计审查、设备订货前的技术把关,到工程施工环节的专业技术检查,再到项目中交、联动试车、投料试车,处处可见设备综合管理的内容.本文梳理出设备综合管理的主要节点内容、现状和存在的问题,针对镇海基地项目群的建设,就如何发挥设备专业化的优势、如何对设备综合管理工作进行创新、如何优化工作流程进行了探索.旨在通过设备综合管理工作的统筹和协调,将专业化优势形成合力,更高质量、更高效率地为项目建设服务.     

Equilibria,kinetics and mechanism for the degradation of the cytotoxic compound L-NG-nitroarginine

L-N^G-nitroarginine (LNNA), an analog of L-arginine, is a competitive inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase which causes the selective reduction of blood flow to tumor cells. Despite the potential of LNNA to function as an adjuvant in cancer therapies, its poor solubility and stability have hindered the development of an injectable formulation of LNNA that is suitable for human administration. This work, for the first time, details a systematic study on the determination of equilibrium K_a constants and the rate law of LNNA degradation. The four K_a values of LNNA were determined to be 1.03, 1.10?×?10^?2, 2.51?×?10^?10, and 1.33?×?10^?13 M. From the kinetic and equilibrium studies, we have shown that the deprotonated form of LNNA is the main form of LNNA that undergoes degradation in aqueous media at room temperature. The rate law of LNNA degradation was found to be first order with respect to OH^? concentration and first order with respect to LNNA^? concentration. The rate constant at 25?°C and 1?atm was determined to be 0.04453 M^?1min^?1. A base catalyzed mechanism of LNNA degradation was proposed based on the kinetic study. The mechanism was found to be very useful in explaining the discrepancies and changes of the rate law at different pH values. It is thus recommended that LNNA should be formulated as a concentrated solution in acidic conditions for maximum chemical stability during storage and be diluted with a basic solution to near physiological pH just before administration.     

污水处理中小球藻的自絮凝特性

以BG11(+N)培养基和模拟生活污水为底物,考察了污水处理小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)的自絮凝特性,探究了自絮凝机理。结果表明:以短沉淀时间运行,小球藻在模拟生活污水中自然形成絮体,沉降性良好;藻细胞表面粗糙,含有丝状、胶状胞外聚合物;絮体内部含有大量短杆菌、球菌;絮体具有相对较高的Na、P、Fe、Ca、Mg元素含量,无机物中主要物质形态为Ca4O(PO4)2。污水处理小球藻的絮凝机理为:基质条件及反应器运行参数等促使藻细胞生理过程发生改变,藻细胞分泌更多絮凝性胞外聚合物增强黏附,生化过程富集P、Fe、Ca、Mg元素改善沉降性,絮凝性细菌大量繁殖促进菌藻共絮凝。     

Pr3+掺杂对CaBi8Ti7O27陶瓷电学和光学性能的影响

采用传统固相法合成了Pr3+掺杂的CaBi8Ti7O27(CBT-BIT-xPr3+,0≤x≤0.020)共生铋层状结构多功能陶瓷材料,并研究了Pr3+掺杂对CaBi8 Ti7 O27陶瓷样品的结构、电学和光学性能的影响.结果表明,所有样品均为单一的正交相共生铋层状结构,适量的Pr3+掺杂未明显改变陶瓷样品的居里温度;随着Pr3+掺杂量的增大,陶瓷样品的介电损耗tanδ逐渐降低,压电常数d33由7 pC/N逐渐提升至11 pC/N;在450 nm波长光源的激发下,Pr3+掺杂后的样品可在611 nm处观测到一个较强的红光发射峰,并且其荧光强度随Pr3+掺杂量的增加而逐渐增强.     

Optically active hybrid particles constructed by chiral helical substituted polyacetylene and POSS

Optically active hybrid particles consisting of chiral organic component and inorganic component integrate the individual advantages of the components in one entity. This article reports a new type of optically active hybrid particles constructed by helical substituted polyacetylene and octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (OvPOSS). The hybrid particles were prepared in a two-step process. First, helical substituted polyacetylene with pendent vinyl groups was synthesized and named as macromonomer (MM). Then, hybrid particles were prepared from MM and OvPOSS by free radical suspension polymerization, in which OvPOSS acted simultaneously as comonomer and crosslinking agent. OvPOSS and MM together constituted a crosslinked network and formed spherical, porous hybrid particles. The resulting hybrid particles exhibited the desired optical activity, according to circular dichroism spectroscopy measurement. As an organic/inorganic hybrid molecule itself, OvPOSS moderately improved the thermostability of the organic component and meanwhile increased the porosity of the hybrid particles. It also helped to tune the surface morphology of the hybrid particles. The present study provides a novel class of optically active hybrid particles, and the preparation strategy may further work as a versatile platform for developing novel chiral hybrid materials.

原子吸收光谱法测定保护渣中锰含量

采用原子吸收光谱法测定保护渣中锰含量,进行了酸度对测定的影响、试样分解、共存离子干扰、加标回收、精密度分析等试验。结果表明,锰可完全溶解于混合酸溶液中;加入氯化锶,可以消除钠、钙对锰测定的干扰;锰质量浓度在0~12.0μg/mL的范围,工作曲线线性关系良好;加标回收率较高,在97%~102%;测定结果准确度较高,与高碘酸钠光度法分析结果一致性较好。
